Picking the right framework for you

You may already have for an affinity for an existing framework.  I want to leverage that.  There's nothing worse than hiring a consultant who comes in tells you to use their forms and their process only for it to not be sustained once they leave.  Ideally, there's a blend of what is already working well and a decision what else could be added to the tool kit.  A framework puts structure around human behavior.
