Refund Policy

We will work with you!

If a Statement of Work (SOW) is created for the engagement, the refund policy will be specified within the SOW.

 

In the absence of an SOW, the following refund terms may apply:

  • 100% refund will be provided for any cancellations at least 7 calendar days before the engagement.

  • 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 10-48 hours of the engagement.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 10 hours of the event.

 

Any cancellations will ideally result in rescheduling the engagement for a future date.
