I am curious and deeply care for all to be heard in the room. I share my successes and failures freely as learning through stories and analogies from our past experiences help inform the present. When I engage with clients, psychological and physical safety is foundational for success and then the goal is to leverage the right communication and performance management structure to maximize all talent around you - AND ensure any change management strategies are implemented as smoothly as possible.

After working for 20+ years in banking, healthcare and in academia, humans are humans everywhere and if we can learn, laugh and lead ourselves and our teams with joy more often than not... then everyone is picking from the lemon trees making lemonade.
